The book shares a story about Hudson Taylor's Struggle of Faith, Hope and Love in the Gospel Preaching in China.

James Hudson Taylor is a Christian Baptist 

Missionary from England and the founder of the China Inland Mission (CIM). The name of CIM has now changed to OMF (Overseas Ministry Fellowship) International. Taylor lived in China for 54 years.

Some of the achievements of the association he founded:

- Brought more than 800 missionaries to China

- Established more than 100 schools

- Made thousands of people convert to Christianity

- Established more than 300 work stations

- Helped hundreds of local workers

Hudson Taylor said: "The joy of knowing the Living God! Relying on the Living God! I am only His herald. He will guard His own glory, He will rear His own servants, He will supply all our needs from His own richness. Our part is to knock on doors with our prayers, works of faith, and works of love."
