How to Pray the “Thank You Jesus” Chaplet (Step-by-Step Guide)
The Thank You Jesus Chaplet is a simple devotion of gratitude to Jesus. It is prayed using ordinary Rosary beads, focusing on thanking Him for His Love, Mercy, Blessings, Protection, and Sacrifice on the Cross.
HOW TO SAY GUIDE
Step 1: Make the Sign of the Cross
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Step 2: Opening Prayer
Say:
Lord Jesus Christ, I thank You for Your Love, Your Mercy, Your Sacrifice on the Cross, and for all the blessings You have given me. I offer this chaplet in thanksgiving for everything You have done, are doing, and will do in my life. Amen.
Step 3: On the Crucifix
Pray the Apostles' Creed.
Step 4: On the First Large Bead
Pray the Our Father.
Step 5: On the Three Small Beads
Pray:
Thank You, Jesus, for Your Love.
(Once on each bead)
Step 6: On Each Large Bead of the Five Decades
Pray:
Thank You, Jesus, for All Your Blessings and Mercy.
Step 7: On Each of the Ten Small Beads
Pray:
Thank You, Jesus.
(Repeat 10 times on each decade)
Step 8: Continue Through All Five Decades
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 until all five decades are completed.
Step 9: Closing Prayer
After the fifth decade, pray:
Jesus, I thank You for the gift of life, for my family, for my faith, for Your Protection, and for Your Endless Mercy. May my heart never cease to praise and thank You. Amen.
Step 10: End with the Sign of the Cross
In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

As you repeat “Thank You, Jesus,” you can silently thank Him for:
1. The gift of life
2. Your family and friends
3. Good health
4. Forgiveness of sins
5. Daily provision
6. Protection from danger
7. The gift of salvation
8. Every blessing, seen and unseen
